AGREEMENT FOR PROVIDING RECRUITMENT SERVICES BETWEEN BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS (INDIA) LIMITED AND NEW WAY CONSULTANCY

Role of New Way Consultancy & Placement

Recording of client requirement

Provide with suitable CVs/profiles of potential candidates as per the requirements of BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED as intimated to New Way Consultancy & Placement from time to time (written format or by email).

Ensure that the potential candidates are given fair and accurate information about BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED requirements.

Provide to BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED any information about a potential candidate that is in the knowledge of New Way Consultancy disclosure of which information may be considered to be relevant to the recruitment process and in the interest of BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED.

Communicate and coordinate between BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED and the potential candidate in fixing the venue, time or such other matters relating to meetings between BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED and potential candidate.

Assist BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED with the Coordination of acceptance of job offers by and between the potential candidate and BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED LTD.
Role of BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED:

In the client requirement brief, a clear and comprehensive description of the requirements it seeks in a potential candidate this would include description of the position for which requirement is sought, person and qualification specifications, relevant organization details, CTC bracket per position etc., as it is necessary for NewWayConsultancy&Placement to effectively perform its obligations under this Agreement.

Upon recruitment of a potential candidate, intimate the fact of such recruitment and hand over a copy of the Appointment Letter within 7 days of the issuance of the Offer letter.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY AND BETWEEN Job Hunt Services AND BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED THAT :
New Way Consultancy & Placement will raise invoice shall be 30 days after the date of candidate joining. The following are the search fee :

Search Fee:
• For Assistant and Executive levels - 5.33 % on Gross CTC
• Above Executive till Assistant Manager - 7% on Gross CTC
• Above Manager & IT profiles 8.33% on Gross CTC
For outstation candidates, BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED reimburse to and fro charges for attending interviews as per company norms. Separate written approval for reimbursement shall be taken from BASIX SUB-K for each case in advance of scheduling an interview.
No reimbursement shall be due to the candidate without such prior written approval.
New Way Consultancy & Placement offers a guarantee period of three months from date of joining, for each candidate selected by BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED, In case of resignation of the candidate within the guarantee period, New Way Consultancy shall provide appropriate replacement free of cost, provided written information is received from client within one month from date of leaving of the candidate.
BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED will pay New WayConsultancy & Placement within 7 days from the invoice date.
The ultimate decision on recruitment of personnel and of the completion of the recruitment process rests solely with BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED to be exercised at its discretion or pleasure or in accordance with its policies.
TAX APPLICABLE:
A service tax charges on the invoice, as per notifications given by the Government of India. Or any other taxes applicable from time to time.
CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE:
It is understood by and between New Way Consultancy & Placement and BASIX SUB-K ITRANSACTIONS LIMITED that:
New Way Consultancy & Placement will not disclose information that may be classified as confidential, that it may receive or obtain as a result of entering into this Agreement.
The Appointment Letter and the terms contained therein are confidential information and shall be used by New WayConsultancy & Placement only for the purposes of billing and accounting.
